How a build works
- We talk it through. What you’ll use it for, what you already own, and what you want to spend. Some parts from your current computer, like drives or a case, may be reusable.
- I put together a parts list and explain each choice in plain English, including where spending more makes a real difference and where it doesn’t.
- You approve the list before anything is ordered.
- I assemble and test it. Every build is stress-tested and temperature-checked before it leaves the bench.
- I set it up for you. Windows, updates, drivers, and moving your files over from your old computer.
About pricing
Computer part prices change constantly, and some components, graphics cards and memory especially, can swing a long way from one month to the next. Because of that, I don’t post build prices. Instead, I quote each build from current prices once we’ve settled on the parts, and I’ll tell you if waiting a little or choosing a different part would save you real money.

After the build
New parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and you’ll have the person who built it a phone call away if anything comes up.
